Synchronous dual malignancies are increasingly encountered in clinical practice, posing significant challenges for diagnosis and management. This case series presents five cases of synchronous dual malignancies identified during patient evaluation. From cervical and breast cancers to lung and prostate malignancies, each case highlights the complexity of managing multiple dual primary tumors concurrently.
